A failed headlight bulb can be a common occurrence on a classic Triumph or BSA motorcycle. According to this Triumph service bulletin #13 dated 5-13-1966, this bulletin goes into detail about failed Lucas #446 headlight bulbs. Read the full blog for more information.

For 1966 Triumph introduced a new cut-out button for models with standard ignition. Models that where equipped with A.C. ignition used the same ignition cut-out button but was different internally.
