Our connecting rods are made from billet alloy (90,000 psi tensile strength) and comes supplied with 3/8" (USA Made) ARP 2000 series rod bolts - the best on the market. R&R rods are stronger and will outlast any original connecting rod... hands down!

Fits all Triumph unit 500 twins (Daytona, Tiger, T100R, T100C, 5TA, etc) up to 1974
Triumph T140 / TR7 rods
Fits all Triumph unit 750 twins (T140 Bonneville, TR7 Tiger, etc) from 1973-1983
Triumph / BSA "Triples" rods
Fits all Triumph / BSA "Triples" (A75, Rocket III, T150, T160, Trident, etc) from 1968-1976
BSA A50 / A65 rods
Fits all 500 & 650 BSA Unit Twins (Lightning, Royal Star, Wasp, Hornet, Thunderbolt, Etc) from 1962-1972.
BSA A10 rods
Fits 650 BSA pre-unit twins (Rocket Gold Star, Super Rocket, Spitfire Scrambler, etc) from 1956-1963 only with the large crankshaft journal
